Charles was a veteran of the USMC and US Navy before retiring from the US Army. Major Weseman flew a helicopter gun ship in Vietnam with Capt. Bill Cilenchino.

Charles is survived by his wife, Munthana, and brothers, Jim and Bill Weseman.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, at Brownlie-Maxwell Chapel.
