More detail on this person: Colonel Bill Dale Waddell USMC (Ret), 82, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, August 8, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in the chapel of Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Burial will follow in Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Darlene Gresham Waddell of the home; and two sons, Eric Jon Waddell of Hampstead and Lawrence Keat Waddell of Wilmington. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
