More detail on this person: BOBBY EUGENE WOFFORD MEMPHIS AREA DEATHS THROUGH MONDAY, JAN. 10 Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN) - Tuesday, January 11, 2000 BOBBY EUGENE WOFFORD, 68, of Southaven, retired Army lieutenant colonel and contract administrator at Fort Campbell, Ky., died of heart failure Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southven has charge. He was a Korean War and Vietnam War veteran, received the Bronze Star, and was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Helicopter Pilots Association. Mr. Wofford, the husband of Carla Wofford, also leaves two daughters, Mary Lu Browder and Cindy Gray, both of Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, Eileen Meyers of Ringgold, Va., 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
