More detail on this person: Flying a Jetranger in a Heli-Ski operation in the Ruby Mountains near Elko, NV. Had sat down to wait out a snow storm. After lifting off, experienced engine failure. Disney president Frank Wells on board and also a fatality, as well as Beverly Johnson. There were two survivors, Johnson's husband Mike Hoover and ski guide Paul Scannell. It was David's 46th birthday.
