More detail on this person: James Kenneth West James Kenneth West, Jr., 67, of Arlington, passed away on Friday, June 6th, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife, Jan Galbreath West; children, Ashley West Sanders of Cordova, TN., James "Jay" Kenneth West, III, of Atlanta, GA., and Jon Joseph West of St. Louis, MO.; grandchildren, Jonathan "Jack" Michael West, Katherine Marie Sanders, Samuel James West, and Isaac Shepard Sanders; and sisters, Janet W. Montoya of Phoenix, AZ. and Jean W. Rudnicki of Houston, TX. Mr. West served honorably in the Army in Vietnam and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was a member at the Church of The Nativity and of the Knights of Columbus. For 27 years he worked for Hospital Wing. Gardening and fishing were some of the great joys in his life. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, June 10th from 5-8pm with a rosary at 7pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. The funeral mass will be held at the Church of The Nativity, 5955 St. Elmo Rd. Memphis, on Wednesday at 10am. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
