More detail on this person: Summers, William Lee, 81, of Knoxville, passed away December 6, 2018. Bill served in the US Army where he completed 3 tours in Vietnam and retired after 20 years of service. He then worked for the US Postal Service and retired after 20 years. Bill is survived by his wife, Pat; daughters, Kathy and Sherri and her husband Roger; granddaughter, Samantha and her husband Sam; grandson, Billy and his wife Amanda; and 5 great grandchildren. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 11:30am, Friday, December 14th at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
