Roscoe was a resident of Dothan, Alabama at the time of passing. He was a RET (CW3) US Army helicopter pilot. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 12 th at the Daleville Chapel of Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Jim Peters officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Wiregrass Wounded Veterans Committee, PO Box 310598, Enterprise, AL 36331.
