Memorial service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday with honors in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m Monday, March 28. Memorials: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; SPCA; or A.H. "Buddy" Giesecke Jr., M.D., Fund in Anesthesiology, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Box 910888, Dallas, Texas 75391.
