More detail on this person: Ronald Paul Raible APRIL 19, 1945 - MAY 29, 2024 Ronald Paul Raible of Delray Beach, FL passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2024, at the age of 79. Ronald was born on April 19, 1945, in Kingston, NY. Ronald graduated from Kingston High School, Kingston, NY, and Chamberlayne Junior College in Boston, MA. He received his bachelor's degree from Barry University in Miami, FL. Ronald was an Army helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War. Ronald was a lifetime member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilot's Association. He received numerous decorations, medals, badges, commendations, citations and campaign ribbons, which include: Marksman (Rifle M-16), Sharpshooter (Pistol .45 Cal), Expert (Pistol .38 Cal), Vietnam Service Medal (VSM), Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal (VCM), Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Army Aviator Badge, Good Conduct Medal (GCM), National Defense Service Medal (NDSM), Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC), Army Commendation Medal (AR COM) and Purple Heart. Ronald was one of the original owners of Prime Management Group, Inc. (now First Service Residential) in Boca Raton, FL, a full-service property management company until he retired in 1997. After retirement, Ronald moved with his wife Bonita (Bonnie) to New York and then moved to Callawassie Island, SC, where they resided for over twenty years. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Arlene Raible, wife, Bonita (Bonnie) K. Raible, and brother Robert Raible. Ronald is survived by his brother, Richard Raible of Rhinebeck, NY, daughter, Tamara Wilson (Danny) of Boynton Beach, FL, granddaughter, Mary Tomasso Klein (Billy) of Boca Raton, FL, grandson Nicholas Fazio (Jon) of Westlake, OH, grandson, Benjamin Fazio of Lake Worth, FL, grandson, Patrick Fazio of Boca Raton, FL, and great-grandchildren, Lily and Jesse Klein. The family would like to thank Trustbridge Hospice for the care and compassion they showed Ronald in his final days. Ronald will be buried in the Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC at a future date. Buddy wrote on 31 May, Ron's funeral will be at the Beaufort SC National Cemetery sometime in June. This is the same cemetery Rick Schoeny was laid to rest. Mike Smith will conduct the grave side eulogy. More to come when I receive it. Ron, a pilot, was one of the original "Boat" people that formed up and trained at Ft. Knox KY and sailed to RVN in 1967. I will pass on more information as I receive it. Buddy
