Cherished grandfather of Eligh, Ruby, and Nina. Proud son of the late Louis and Anastasia (nee Dziamara) Morowczynski. Dear brother of Dorothy (Peter) Rzeminski, Thomas (Deborah), James (Julie) and Diane Gleason. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Graduated from University of Illinois College of Pharmacy, class of 1976. Retired after working 41 years as a pharmacist. Vietnam Veteran helicopter pilot with 37 years of distinguished military service. Awarded The Master Army Aviator Badge, 30 air medals and the Bronze Star. No services will be held at the funeral home. Inurnment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Road, Elwood, Illinois, where full military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army will be held promptly on Monday January 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., please arrive 15 minutes prior to time of military honors. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.wwfs.org. would be appreciated.
